PUPUK ORGANIK GRANULE BERBAHAN BAKU LIMBAH PERTANIAN








KEUNGGULAN PUPUK ORGANIK:
Harga lebih murah daripada pupuk konvensional (kimia/anorganik).
Bisa dikombinasikan dengan pupuk anorganik bisa menekan kebutuhan pupuk kimia antara 25% hingga 50%.
Memperbaiki struktur fisik dan kimiawi tanah, suatu efek yang tidak dimiliki pupuk kimia yang justru merugikan dalam jangka panjang.
Menggunakan bahan baku limbah pertanian yang terbarukan dibanding pupuk konvensional yang dibuat dari gas alam yang harganya terus meningkat.
Mengurangi pembakaran limbah pertanian sehingga lebih ramah lingkungan.
Kandungan hara lengkap untuk mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman secara optimal.
Manunjang produksi pertanian organik yang bebas dari bahan kimia dan memiliki nilai ekonomis lebih tinggi.

TAHAP I: COMPOSTING
Composting adalah proses dekomposisi bahan organik (biomasa) secara biologis dengan cara mengaktifkan jasad renik (mikroba) yang bersifat aerobik.
Dekomposisi mengembalikan unsur-unsur pembentuk bahan organik yang sangat dibutuhkan tanaman untuk pertumbuhan sehingga unsur-unsur ini menjadi pupuk.
Meski mikroba sudah ada di alam bebas, kini sejumlah produk mikroba dan bioteknologi kini tersedia secara komersial yang berfungsi mempercepat proses dekomposisi hingga satu minggu.
Berbagai biomasa dari limbah pertanian, perkebunan, peternakan dan limbah pabrik pengolah hasil perkebunan seperti pabrik kepala sawit dan pabrik gula bisa dijadikan bahan baku.
Bahan organik berserat panjang seperti janjang kosong buah sawit (empty fruit bunch) dan daun tebu (Jawa: daduk) perlu dipotong-potong dulu sebelum memasuki tahap composting.

SPESIFIKASI SINGKAT MESIN-MESIN UTAMA:

Parabolic Granulator menggunakan water spray dan digerakkan dengan motor 10 HP.
Rotary Drier menggunanakan sistem joint-coupling dan mill roller (tanpa roda gigi), digerakkan
dengan motor 10 HP Variable Speed.
Rotary Screen memastikan ukuran granule yang seragam, misal 6 mm atau 12 mm; digerakkan
dengan motor 10 HP.

BENEFITS FOR SUGAR MILLS AND OTHERS
Pressed Biomass that is made from sugar cane leaves and tops can replace fossil fuel (diesel oil, gas and coal) as feed stock for boilers.
The increasing supplies of fuel as a result of the utilization of Pressed Biomass will increase steam and electricity generating efficiencies.
The utilization of biomass can reduce the burning of sugar cane trash at fields and contribute to the promotion of renewable energy.
An opportunity to gain Carbon Emission Reduction (CER) facilities under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).

THE FUNCTION OF BIOMASS BLOCK PRESS BP 18
To produce alternative energy made from biomass, such as sugar cane waste, by densification process and formation of blocks sized 40 x 40 x
The densification process uses mechanical or impact method that can cut biomass into short pieces and then press and shape the material into blocks of the uniform sizes.
Pressed Biomass accounts for only 25% of the initial biomass volume so that its transport, handling and storage is far easier.

USABLE BIOMASS FEED-STOCKS
Sugar cane leaves and tops (Javanese: daduk), oil palm empty fruit bunch, and other oil palm trash.
Rice straw, corn waste, and soya bean trash.
Other long fiber and solid biomass such as coarse grass, shrubs, forestry trash, bamboo tops and twigs, and the likes.
A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FOR COOPERATIVES AND SME
Sugar cane farmers can utilize sugar cane waste by setting up Biomass Mills, under the management of cooperatives or small/medium scale enterprises (SME), and become suppliers of this new fuel to:
Big companies that operating boilers and turbines such as sugar mills and power plants that use biomass as a source of energy.

BAHAN BAKU PUPUK ORGANIK:
Limbah pertanian, perkebunan, kehutanan dan peternakan.
Ketersediaan bahan baku harus memenuhi kapasitas produksi yang direncanakan.
Biomasa yang berserat panjang seperti daun/pelepah tebu, bagas, janjang kosong kelapa sawit atau ranting-ranting pohon perlu dipotong-potong sebelum dijadikan kompos.
Sedangkan biomasa berserat pendek seperti sekam, serbuk gergaji dan kotoran ternak bisa langsung dimasukkan ke dalam proses composting.
Komposisi bahan baku dan jenis mikroba yang akan digunaka bisa disesuaikan dengan kualitas atau spesifikasi produk yang direncanakan.

PERSYARATAN LOKASI:
Terintegrasi atau dekat dengan pusat produksi pertanian tanaman pangan, perkebunan, hutan tanaman industri atau peternakan.
